A Moment's Symphony

I sit still and absorb the sounds around me. I really that some make sense and others don’t. Some reveal a hidden truth, and others lie boldly. Sometimes in the silence of my solitude, I wonder if my voice will ever be heard by the masses. I wonder if these songs I write in my room will reach the ears of the lover and the lonely. I’m starting to realize how beautiful random sounds can be. How I can sit silently in nature and I’ll hear a symphony, I come to realize my creation is simply that. A creation. A captured moment of divine vulnerability. The sound of a moment. The listener I seek is not necessarily seeking me, but they are seeking peace. Just like a hiker on an unknown trail, unaware of when or what is going to bring that peace. It may be a hidden stream, or the mountain top. But once found, it will remain apart of their identity forever. It’s not about how many listen, but those who sit still enough to allow my divine vulnerable moment to become one with theirs.
